GunMister operates in strict accordance with the Gun Control Act (GCA), the National Firearms Act (NFA), and all applicable state laws. Every transfer must comply with federal and state law. Interstate transfers go through a licensed FFL dealer, and buyers and sellers are responsible for the rules of their own states.
- Sellers may be required to verify their identity before listing or receiving payment
- NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, machine guns) require additional tax stamp documentation
- Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with their state and local laws
- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable law
